The Vacancy
TPT are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Change team, delivering high‑quality analysis across a varied portfolio of business, operational and digital change.
Your initial primary assignment will be a significant CRM initiative where you will work across the change lifecycle to understand business and user needs, define future processes and journeys, shape requirements and support the delivery and adoption of an effective CRM solution. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills across other initiatives, including portals, internal applications, process improvement and wider digital change.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities for the CRM initiative and, longer term, other business, operational and digital change initiatives.
Understand the business problem, strategic objectives, user needs and intended outcomes before defining requirements or solutions.
Analyse end-to-end customer, colleague and operational journeys, including processes, workflows, data, integrations, controls, reporting and exception scenarios.
Translate business needs into clear analysis artefacts such as:
Process maps (As‑Is / To‑Be)
User stories and acceptance criteria
User journey maps and workflow models
Business cases and impact assessments
Maintain clear traceability between business objectives, requirements, solution decisions and testing outcomes.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, UX/UI designers, developers, testers, operational teams and third-party delivery partners.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to validate requirements and options
Support delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, including backlog refinement and prioritisation
Own BA input into testing and UAT, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver an intuitive user experience
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to analysis and escalate appropriately
Support implementation and business readiness by identifying impacts across people, processes, data, controls, training, communications, support arrangements and operational ownership.
Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and governance standards
Skills and Experience
Experience delivering business analysis across the full change lifecycle, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership.
Hands-on experience of a CRM implementation, replacement or significant enhancement.
A strong track record of gathering requirements and turning complex needs into clear, testable outcomes.
The ability to analyse processes, user journeys and operational impacts, and produce clear, practical analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge.
Experience working with business, IT, delivery teams and third-party suppliers, including supporting testing, UAT and implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with experience of Microsoft Office and process-mapping tools such as Visio.
Experience of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery. Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps or Balsamiq, experience in a regulated environment, or a BA qualification such as BCS or IIBA would be an advantage.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable working both independently and with business stakeholders, IT teams and delivery partners. Someone who can own their analysis outputs and contribute to improvements across digital and operational journeys.
If you enjoy understanding needs, shaping solutions, and supporting the delivery of effective, well‑governed change. Apply today!
