Business Analyst Internship / 12 Month Placement Student
The Business Change department develops and maintains business analysis for bespoke and packaged systems. This role will be supporting the facilitating and driving of business change processes and ensuring effective delivery of solutions.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting business analysis for new project requirements and system changes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and document requirements.
Analyzing data trends to support decision-making and issue resolution.
Supporting to Improve business processes for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Acting as liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors.
Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Creating comprehensive documentation (e.g., business cases, user stories, workflows & process maps).
Assisting in testing, user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
Providing support throughout the project lifecycle from start to post-implementation reviews.
Prioritizing and analyzing business requests.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently Studying or Graduate with less than 2 years post qualification experience in a related subject.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio or Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive approach to challenging effectiveness of existing processes and proposing ideas for improvement opportunities.
Have a keen interest in business analysis and change management.
Good communication skills written & verbal.
Enjoy working as part of a team, eager to learn and able to adapt quickly.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
